there are a lot of these.  Yes, there are people in Cluj who speak English, can use spreadsheets and lift 75 pounds (although most would think of the weight as 35 or so kilograms.)  But really, if you want employees who are US citizens to work in the US, why advertise on a Romanian job board?  And why spend extra money to advertise for people who are looking for jobs in Cluj Napoca?

Most of the Americans I know here are missionaries, students, or chefs, or teachers.  The missionaries do not have the necessary experience (or if they do, not the necessary strength.)  The chefs, well, different line of work and different sort of talents.  The students?  Completely different skill set, and less experience.  The teachers?  Do you need to ask?

Okay, I’ve also met US soldiers.  Are they free to just go awol back to the USA?  Are they reading Cluj job boards while here?

I’m really perplexed by why that was advertised here.  Was it written by AI?  Did AI choose a Romanian job board instead of an American one by accident?  Was it copy-pasted from an American job board?  Didn’t they have to pay to advertise?

Maybe it’s a test, to see how many people spam their resumes to just anything without reading the contents?

All I can say is, there is just so much garbage like this, there should be a moderator on these job boards.  I mean, if this obvious garbage gets on, how many con artists, time wasters, and bad people are being allowed to post fake jobs and fool jobseekers?

Why not advetise in Massachussets?  Seriously, you’ll find more qualified US citizens there than in Cluj.  Are you hoping a stopping tourist will check the Cluj job boards, or what?  Then at least

My confidence in the job boards erode when I see garbage like that.  This is why people stop applying to jobs.
